Women’s votes shape our communities, our workplaces, and our future. Women have long balanced the demands of work and family while leading on picket lines and fighting for fairness and equality in all aspects of life. Yet, despite their leadership, they remain underrepresented in many sectors, face systemic barriers, such as wage gaps and workplace harassment, and struggle with limited access to essential supports, like affordable childcare.
